Problem
After you have configured your group configuration connection (cci) files correctly when they are loaded, the Intergraph Smart Licensing Client Configuration tab does not display the loaded group configuration connection info (cci) files configured for the current user, even after a refresh.
Solution
Sometimes it can take up to an hour for any changes made to the configuration connection info (cci) files to be reflected in the Intergraph Smart Licensing Client. However, you can restart the Intergraph Smart Licensing Client Service to see the changes immediately.
If the loaded group configuration connection info (cci) file is still not recognized for the current user, you can uninstall and reinstall the Intergraph Smart Licensing Client and then reconfigure the configuration connection info (cci) files.
