Click the generated DGN file in the Progress window. For example, click SG-T4.DGN.
MicroStation opens automatically and displays a representation of the model.

The Model Type setting (Solid or Symbolic) on the Drawing tab controls the representation of the model.

If more than one version of MicroStation is installed, the system opens in the last version that is installed on your computer.
