You must have the SmartPlant License Manager (SPLM) software installed and configured on the web server running your Smart API.
The SPLM must be configured to connect to a specific server(s).
As of December 31, 2024, Hexagon no longer generates license keys for SmartPlant License
Manager. You must upgrade to Intergraph Smart Licensing. For more information, see
