If your plant is other than the Plant A then perform the following steps before loading the System Completions Forms.
See that relationship exists between your Plant and Vault (else relate the Plant Obj to Vault Object).
Make sure that you have a physical Folder for Vault in the server.

Create the relationships between the Vault and Interface related to the Workpackage (E.g. ISPXSCMCWorkPackage).

Navigate to the TTOX BP in the installation directory.

Search for the "Document Gen" folder in the TTOX BP.

Open the "FormGenConfig.xml" file in the "Document Gen" folder.

Change the "Vault Value" in all the "SchemaConfig" nodes from "VLT_PlantAVault" to the Vault of the plant which you created.

Now invoke the "Document Generation.exe" and create the new "System Completion Forms" and load them to DTC.
