If you are upgrading from previous versions of SPOSC to SPOSC IM 2019 U5, back up your existing SPO_SCHEMA.cfg and FormGenConfig.xml and all related schema files from the below mentioned path to perform the following task.

This Document Generation utility allows you to generate Systems Completion Forms and Inspection Assistant Forms. You must check that the path of the "SPO_SCHEMA.cfg" is correctly mentioned in the FormGenConfig.xml file like below.

To generate new System Completion Forms:

  1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartPlant\SPX\SC\BPs\TTOX\Document Gen directory and click Document Generation.exe.

  2. Choose the configuration file that you need to generate the Forms. Click Next.

  3. In Generation Matrix field, browse to the Matrix.xls file.

    The Matrix file is in the configuration folder for each business package.

  4. Select Generate Forms and Generate Schema options.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Click Select All.

  7. Click Next.

  8. In Schema Output File box, browse to the schema output directory and select CheckSheet and then click Next.

  9. Click Next to generate the forms.

  10. Click Unprotect.

  11. When the forms have completed generation, click Finish.

It will take some time to generate all the forms. The newly generated forms will be saved under the configuration of the selected business package.
