User has to manually append the content present in Web.config.delta file into Web.config file. This manual step is required only for this version of SPO Operating Plant.

Open the [INSTALLDIR]\Operating Plant\Install\Wix\Delta Files\Server\web.config.delta file.

Open the Web.config file under your Web_Sites\[Server] folder.

Copy the content (highlighted in the below snap) from web.config.delta file and paste it under <bindings> node in Web.config file.

Copy the content (highlighted in the below snap) from web.config.delta file and paste it after the closing tag of </bindings> node in Web.config file.

Save the Web.config file and close the files.
