You can export a dossier structure, as well as the files attached to a dossier, dossier chapters, and sub-chapters, in a CSV format from SPO/E Core to the target system. The .csv file generated must be validated using the Intergraph Data Validator before exporting it to the target system.
Do not include any empty rows or columns in the .csv file if it will be exported to
a target system.
The validation happens based on pre-defined validation rules delivered with SPO/E Core. You can also create custom validation rules. For more information, see Custom Validation Rules. The validated data and files can then be exported from the Data validator to the target system, such as, SPO/E Core system.
