This procedure allows you to deactivate a service account and automatically set the License to None and the Active Flag to False.

Go to Admin > Core Admin > Users and Security - SCP > Maintain Users and Resources for SCP.

Select the Service Account tab.

Select the Actions list and choose Deactivate Service Account User.

Select Login Name ellipsis and choose the user that you want to deactivate.

Select RUN.
