The EcoSys environment has two types of user accounts Named Resources and Service Accounts.
Named Resources
Named resources are defined as Smart Cloud Portal users, EcoSys users, and EcoSys Resources. They use EcoSys license which is assigned to the user.
The Smart Cloud Portal, EcoSys login and EcoSys resource have the same user ID.
Service Accounts
Service accounts are managed by EcoSys administrators. Administrators use EcoSys license which is assigned to the user, but they are not the users of Smart Cloud Portal and EcoSys Resources.
