Click Start > All Programs > Intergraph Spoolgen > Tools > Piping Data Processor to display the Piping Data Processor batch editing window.

Click Process to open the Browse for folder dialog box.
The software looks for the default pre-process configuration file (Process.ppc) in
the [Installation Folder]:\Piping Data Utilities folder. If the file does not exist, the software displays
a message and no pre-processing is done.

Navigate to the folder that contains the piping data files to pre-process, and then click OK.
The software reads the commands in the Process.ppc file and processes the specified files.

The software saves a copy of the original files in the Saved IDF/PCF folder.

To use a configuration file other than the default .ppc file, click User Specified PPC file in the batch editing window, and browse to the appropriate file.
