The Baseline Indicator can become corrupted. In this case, the widget calculation completes successfully, but the widget shows no data.
To fix this issue, launch the Dashboard Configuration Setup Wizard and check the Diagnostic Tools - Baselines tab. If the color of the Fix Baseline Indicator button is yellow, click the button to reprocess the Baseline Indicator, and then calculate the widget again.
