In Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, in the Connection tree view, expand the local computer and select Application Pools.

Right-click the application pool and click Advanced Settings.

In the Process Model section, select Identity and click the Properties button .

In the Application Pool Identity dialog box, select the Custom account option and click Set.

In the Set Credentials dialog box, enter the user name and password of the user account you created to run the application pool.

When finished, recycle the application pool.
