Select Tools > Weld Numbers Command to display a sub-menu.

Select the appropriate command in the sub-menu:

Clear deletes all weld numbers from the current piping object data (POD) file, and sets the Highest Property Number property to 0.

Check scans the current drawing for duplicate weld numbers. See Check for duplicate weld numbers.

Assign to New assigns a new number to any un-numbered weld.

Assign to All assigns a new number to every weld, overwriting any existing values.

When you select Assign to New or Assign to All, the Assign Weld Numbers Dialog displays so that you can specify how the software should number the welds.
