You usually place an Information note along the bottom of the isometric drawing. Two types of notes are available: specific notes and general notes.
You associate a specific note to a component. Specific notes are only displayed on the isometric drawing that contains the associated component exists. General notes are displayed on all sheets and spools. To differentiate between general and specific notes, the software requires that you add a specific character to note filename. By default, the characters are:

_N for general notes

_S for specific notes
You use I-Configure to define customized characters, such as _G for general notes.

Select Add > Annotation Command to display the Selection ribbon. You can also select Place Info
on the Place toolbar.

On the Selection ribbon, select Detail-Sketch-Identifier in the Type list.

Type a name for the information note in the Identifier box. For example, type Stone_G.dxf.

In the Graphics window, select the pipeline component to which to add an information note.

Select OK
on the Selection ribbon.
