Select Add > Annotation Command to display the Selection ribbon. You can also select Place Info
on the Place toolbar.

On the Selection ribbon, select Insulation-Symbol in the Type list.

In the Graphics window, select the location on the pipeline where the insulation symbol is to display.

Select OK
on the Selection ribbon.
The software displays the corresponding short description (INS) as the associated message text.
