Select Add > Annotation Command to display the Selection ribbon. You can also select Place Info
on the Place toolbar.

On the Selection ribbon, select ByPass-Closure in the Type list.

In the Graphics window, select the section of pipe to which to add the ByPass closure. For example, select the face of a flange.

Select OK
on the Selection ribbon.
The software moves the ByPass closure and displays the corresponding short description (BCP) as the associated text.
