By default, Spoolgen creates drawings in DXF (AutoCAD) format. However, you can use I-Configure to define your project settings so that you can create other drawing output formats, such as .dwg (AutoCAD), .dgn (MicroStation), .sha (Shape2D), and .igr (SmartSketch).

Open I-Configure.
Select Start > Intergraph Spoolgen > I-Configure.

Select your project in the Project View Panel.

Select the style that has the drawing output format to change. In the example, Check is selected.

In the Properties panel, select Edit to open ISOGEN Configuration and display the Home screen.

Select Drawing Generation in the Drawing Manager panel to switch to the Configuration view and display the Drawing Generation panel.

Expand Overview, and set Output Format to the required drawing output format.

Repeat steps 3-7 to change the drawing output format for other styles in your project.

When you are finished, select
to close ISOGEN Configuration, and then select File > Exit to close I-Configure.
