When converting UOMs, the adapter receives the UOM_ID from the 67890x Instrumentation database, and then it creates the ToolOID attribute by adding INTL_UOM_ to the UOM_ID.
According to the ToolOID, the adapter locates the relationship MapEnumToEnum in the INToolsMap.xml and can then use the SmartPlant Schema's UID to locate the equivalent value in the SmartPlant Schema.
