You can calculate the values of various column-items by configuring the properties in the ENS sheet located in WQMS-Admin Excel file.

To configure the properties:

  1. Open WQMS-Admin Excel file.

  2. Navigate to ENS sheet > SPFENSDef section and edit the following properties to define ENS definition:

    • UID - Type a unique identification name for the ENS definition.

    • Name - Type the name for the SPFENSDef.

    • Description - Provide the description.

    • ContainerID - Defines the package or .xml file that contains the object.

    • Solution(s) - Type * to load the data to SPF database, or type Deleted to avoid loading the data to SPF database.

  3. In SPFClassDefENSDef section, edit the following properties to create a relationship between class definition and ENS definition:

    • UID - UID1.UID2.

    • UID1 - Type a UID for the class definition.

    • Name1 - Specify the name for the class definition.

    • UID2 - Specify a UID created in SPFENSDef section.

    • Name2 - Specify a name for the ENS definition.

    • OrderValue - Specify the order in which the modules must display in the UI.

    • ContainerID - Defines the package or .xml file that contains the object.

    • Solution(s) - Type * to load the data to SPF database, or type Deleted to avoid loading the data to SPF database.

  4. In SPFENSDefPropertyDef section, edit the following properties to map or create a relationship between relationship between ENS definition and property definition:

    • UID - UID1.UID2.

    • UID1 - Specify a UID for ENS Definition.

    • Name1 - Specify the name of the ENS definition.

    • UID2 - Specify a UID of the property definition.

    • Name2 - Specify a name for the property definition.

    • OrderValue - Specify the order in which the modules must display in the UI.

    • ContainerID - Defines the package or .xml file that contains the object.

    • Solution(s) - Type * to load the data to SPF database, or type Deleted to avoid loading the data to SPF database.

  5. In SPFENSItem section, edit the following properties to create an ENS item for the object.

    • UID - Type a unique identifier for the Enum Item.

    • Name - Type a name for the Enum item.

    • Description - Describes the functions of the object for easy identification by users.

    • SPFENSPropertyDefUID - UID created in the PropertyDef sheet of WQM-Schema Excel file.

    • SPFENSDelimiterAfter - Specify the type of separator required between the properties.

    • SPFENSFieldLength - Specify the maximum character length for the property. For example:15.

    • SPFENSFunction - Specify the order in which the properties must be generated.

    • SPFENSPadCharacter - Specify the type of characters required at the end of each property.

    • SPFENSPadJusification - Specify the location where the pad character must appear.

    • SPFENSConstant - Specify a constant value to be present in the property.

    • ContainerID - Defines the package or .xml file that contains the object.

    • Solution(s) - Type * to load the data to SPF database, or type Deleted to avoid loading the data to SPF database.

  6. In SPFENSDefENSItem section, edit the following properties to map ENS definition to ENS Item.

    • UID - UID1.UID2.

    • UID1 - Type a UID for ENS Definition.

    • Name1 - Type a name for the ENS definition.

    • UID2 - Type a UID of the ENS item.

    • Name2 - Specify a name for the ENS item.

    • OrderValue - Specify the order in which the modules must display in the UI.

    • ContainerID - Defines the package or .xml file that contains the object.

    • Solution(s) - Type * to load the data to SPF database, or type Deleted to avoid loading the data to SPF database.

  7. Save the file.
