Create a project

Click Administration > Project Configuration.

Select Create New Project.

Click Add Item to add a new row.

Enter the following information:

Project Number - Specify a unique project number.

Name - Specify the name of the project.

Client Name - Specify the name of the client for the project.

Project Location - Specify the location of the project.

Click Save.
Assign welders to a project
Only qualified welders appear for selection. For more information on welders qualification, refer to the Welder Log and Welder Qualification Test sections.

Click Administration > Project Configuration > Assign Welders.

From the Select Project list, select a project to assign welders.

Assign the welders by selecting respective check boxes.

Click Save.
Assign weld inspectors to a project
Inspector data must be created before inspectors are available for selection in this module.

Click Administration > Project Configuration > Assign Weld Inspector.

From the Select Project list, select a project to assign the weld inspectors.
-
Assign the inspectors by selecting their respective check boxes.

Click Save.
