Configure Project - Intergraph Smart WQMS - 5.0 - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon PPM

Create a project

1. Click Administration > Project Configuration.

2. Select Create New Project.

3. Click Add Item to add a new row.

4. Enter the following information:

   • Project Number - Specify a unique project number.

   • Name - Specify the name of the project.

   • Client Name - Specify the name of the client for the project.

   • Project Location - Specify the location of the project.

5. Click Save.

Assign welders to a project

Only qualified welders appear for selection. For more information on welders qualification, refer to the Welder Log and Welder Qualification Test sections.

1. Click Administration > Project Configuration > Assign Welders.

2. From the Select Project list, select a project to assign welders.

   

3. Assign the welders by selecting respective check boxes.

   

4. Click Save.

Assign weld inspectors to a project

Inspector data must be created before inspectors are available for selection in this module.

1. Click Administration > Project Configuration > Assign Weld Inspector.

2. From the Select Project list, select a project to assign the weld inspectors.

   

3. Assign the inspectors by selecting their respective check boxes.

   

4. Click Save.
