Click Administration > Document Management > Documents.

Right-click a row, and select Symbol Manager on the shortcut menu.

Select a row in the PDB Documents grid.

In PDB Document View grid, click Edit grid
.

Click Add row

In the File Type cell, click Selection list
, and select a file.

Fill in the rest of the rows as needed.

Select the file type that you want to set as a default image for the selected symbol code.

Click Save grid

Click Read-only grid

You can also add files to the PDB Document View grid in a drag and drop operation from Windows Explorer.

You can upload files and copy and paste files into the PDB Document View grid.

To upload a file, right-click an existing row and select Upload on the shortcut menu.

To copy and paste a file, copy a file in Windows Explorer, and then right-click a row and select Paste Upload on the shortcut menu.
