SHARED Tip Copy some data before performing this procedure. For example, you can copy data from another specification in Smart Reference Data.

  1. In the Grid view, select a cell or range of cells.

  2. Right-click the selection, and select Paste on the shortcut menu.

  • If the grid is empty (does not have any rows), you must first insert a row in order to be able to paste.

  • You can also press CTRL+V to paste data.

  • You can paste data into the grid even when the grid is in read-only mode. The software switches to edit mode when the values are pasted.
