On the Grid View Display Condition dialog box, use the left and right arrows to specify which columns (properties) you want to make visible and hidden in the current view.

If you have many columns in the grid, you can use the Split box for easier viewing when scrolling. For example, if you enter 2 in the Split box, the software places a split after the second column from the left.

You can also right-click the top of a column in the grid, and then select Split Left or Split Right on the shortcut menu.

This function is similar to the Split and Freeze Panes commands in Microsoft Excel.

To save the current view for later use, type text in the box beside the View button, and then click Save current view
