Right-click an item in the hierarchical tree view.

On the shortcut menu, select View. Or, you can click
on the toolbar.

Specify which data you would like to make visible and hidden in the current view.
The number of groups on this dialog box corresponds to the number of levels in the hierarchy of the current view.
To save the current view for later use, type text in the box beside the View button, and then click Save current view
