This procedure shows how to use the shortcut menu on the left side of the grid to copy and paste rows of data.
-
In the Grid view, select rows.
To select multiple rows, click the left side of the grid while using the CTRL and SHIFT keys.
-
Right-click the gray area on the left side of the grid, and select Copy on the shortcut menu.
You can switch to another grid, if needed, before pasting.
-
Right-click the gray area on the left side of the grid (just before the location you want the rows to be pasted), and select Paste (Insert) on the shortcut menu.
If the grid is empty (does not have any rows), you must first insert a row in order to be able to paste.
The software pastes the copied data, inserting rows as needed.
When copying and pasting a row with a commodity code, the new commodity code is prefixed
with "DUPL:".
