When you add data in a grid, you should check the new data to make sure it does not introduce errors. It is often helpful to perform these checks incrementally, for example, after adding a new row or modifying an existing row.
Checking the grid is included in the Save grid
command. So if you save the data, the software checks the data at the same time.
Check data in the grid

On the Grid toolbar, click Check grid
.

Follow the instructions to fix the errors.

Click Hide on the dialog box.

Click Check grid
again or Save grid
to see if the errors were fixed.
