  1. Click SRD > Component Manager > Commodity / Ident Management.

  2. Click the zoom icon in the Explorer view.

  3. From the Data: Explorer drop-down list select each of the options to view the:

    • Commodity Rules: To maintain Commodity Rules

    • All Commodity Group: To maintain Commodity Groups and Parts

    • All Commodity Group / Part / Commodity Code: To maintain Commodity Codes

    • All Commodity Group / Part / Commodity Code / Commodity Details: To maintain Commodity Details

    • All Commodity Group / Part / Commodity Code / Ident: To maintain Idents

    • All Commodity Group / Part / Commodity Code / Tag Number: To maintain Tag Numbers

    • Object Parameter / Object Parameter Details: To maintain Object Parameters

  4. Double-click any row in the tree to see the details in the grid.

  5. Expand the node by clicking the plus sign in the tree (if available) to see the details.

    • Some of the grids have tabs that show additional data, while others have menu bars or buttons.

    • Some of the entries in the Explorer have numbers in brackets, which represent the number of details associated with the entry.
