If you are unable to access the same, check the DBA settings in A.60.04 DBA Settings form as follows:

  1. Set the value for “ONLINE_REFERENCE_LIBRARY_URL”. The link should look like the image below and should contain classic application server.

  2. In the application server, go to Oracle fusion middleware folder.

  3. Search for “httpd.cong” file in which “marian_webentry” has the path where docs.htm is stored.
