Smart Reference Data (SRD) can now link data table configuration to specific disciplines. This ensures that the data is correctly associated to the appropriate discipline.
Data table configuration links each template to a specific discipline (like Piping or Structural). When you create or update a data table configuration, the system automatically assigns the DP ID column based on your logged in discipline.
There are two ways to update the data table configuration with a DP ID:

You can manually assign a discipline using the Assign to Discipline option in SRD.

Run the migration script to automatically update all existing data sheets with the correct DP ID.
In Smart Reference Data (SRD), you can assign a discipline to both parent and child data table configuration. This option is only available when no discipline has been previously assigned to the data table configuration.
To manually assign a discipline:

Go to Integration > Smart 3D > Smart 3D Configuration.

Right-click the parent or child data table in the tree view, and then select Assign to Discipline.

Select a discipline from the list.
The parent and child data table configuration must be assigned to the same discipline.
