Assign approvers - Intergraph Smart Reference Data - 2020 (10.0) - Help - Hexagon

Select a template.

Click Add Row in the Assigned Approvers section.

Type a sequence number for the approvals.

Select a user from the Users list.

For title-based approvals, user is disabled.

Select a title from the Title list.

Select Yes in Prerequisites list to specify that another user must approve before the selected user is allowed to approve, else select No to specify approval from the user is not a prerequisite.

Type the maximum amount allowed for approval by the user.

Select the currency from the Currencies list.

Select a distribution category from the Distribution Categories list.
