Manage interfaces/ companies - Intergraph Smart Reference Data - 2020 (10.0) - Help - Hexagon

You can add interfaces and companies to the following:

• Table Details

• General Notes

• Commodity Groups

• Commodity Parts

1. Click Select Interfaces / Companies icon. The software displays the Select Interfaces / Companies dialog box.

2. To manage interfaces, select the interfaces from the list.

3. To manage companies, click the Companies tab, and then select the companies from the list.

   You can select a maximum of three interfaces or companies. You can also select a combination of interfaces and companies. The combination must not exceed three selections.

4. Click OK.

Use Color palette icon to assign a color for the selected interfaces /companies.

• The selected color for an interface or a company is saved and persisted only for the current session of the opened window.

• This window provides all the standard prompts in the software. You can use the Sort and Filter functions in the grid to narrow down the results.

• You can Customize the current view in the Grid.

• The Show Interface/Company Data from lists the table details/ general notes/ commodity groups/ commodity parts that are displayed from:

  • Project - To view interface or company table details/ general notes/ commodity groups/ commodity parts that are specific to project. If available.

  • Product Group - To view interface or company table details/ general notes/ commodity groups/ commodity parts that are specific to product group.The available table details/ general notes/ commodity groups/ commodity parts are displayed in bold. Any changes to the table details are reflected at the project level only and are not reflected in the product group.

  • All - To view interface or company table details/ general notes/ commodity groups/ commodity parts that are specific to project. However, if no table details/ general notes/ commodity groups/ commodity parts are available, the software displays table details/ general notes/ commodity groups/ commodity parts from the product group.

• When you associate company details and interfaces to the table details with physical attributes, a new column with those attributes are added for each interface and company detail.
