Sorting arranges the data in an alphanumerical order. You can sort the data in the Data Explorer view or the Grid view.

On the toolbar, click

On the Sort dialog box, specify Ascending or Descending as needed.

For sorting in the Data Explorer, the fields on the Sort dialog box correspond to the levels of the hierarchy and the properties on each level.

For sorting in the Grid, the fields on the Sort dialog box correspond to the columns in the grid.

To save the sort for later use, type text in the box beside the Sort button, and then click Save sort
