This file contains complete information about the bolt ident. The format in which details are extracted to the files when you transfer an ident depends on values defined in the Level column. For PDMS_BS.DAT file, by default, BLTA is set at level 1, BLIS at 2, SBOL at 3, and rest of the attributes at level 4 as shown in the following screenshot.

You can customize the Levels.

BS.DAT-Levels

An attribute is always represented with a modifier as <OLD> or <NEW>. <OLD> indicates that the data is already available in Destinations and <NEW> indicates new data. From the following screenshot, BLTA, BLIS, and SBOL have the modifier as <OLD> indicating that the data is already available in Destinations and LENG, NSTD, XTRA, BITEM, BITLE, BDIA, and NOFF have the modifier as <NEW> indicating that the data is new.
