To install the Smart Reference Data Terminalclient on your Citrix server do the following.
Open the SRD_Terminal folder on the product DVD.

Double-click SRD_Terminalclient.exe.

If any prerequisites are missing, resolve the issues and click Try Again.

Click Start Setup.

Type your username and company.
-
Type the server URL of the machine where Smart Reference Data is installed (without prefixed http://).
For example: srd.intergraph.com.

Type the database TNS name.

If needed, change the default installation path.
Make sure the client terminal folder has write permissions.

Select the features you want to install.

Click Install.
-
Select your country from the list to view the license agreement in your language.
You can click the Print button to print the license agreement.

Select I agree to the license agreement and conditions, and click Install.

When the installation completes successfully, select View Readme, and click Finish.

To launch the Smart Reference Data Terminalclient, right-click SmartReferenceData.exe and select Run as administrator.

On the login screen, select the New Login tab.

Enter your user name and password.

In the Working with box, select Product Group.
-
Select the Product Group, Discipline, Role and Language.
-
Select OK to login.
Go to Administration > Other Administrative Tasks. This step ensures the necessary files are downloaded to the installation folders, enabling Apex to be opened within the SRD application.
