  • The first output attribute must have a number entered in the No. field that is the highest input attribute number plus the position of the output column in the structure defined on A50.03 and used in S.40.12 in the geometrics. Gaps are allowed in the numbering of the output attributes. For example, the last input attribute is defined with number 5, and the output attributes used in the object parameter are assigned to GD.OUT1, GD.OUT3 and GD.OUT5 on A.50.03, thus the numbers must be entered as 6, 8 and 10. Another example, the input attributes NPS_1 and SCH_1 have number 1 and 2 assigned, and the output attributes DN_1 (which is GD.OUT1), OD_1 (which is GD.OUT2), and WT_1 (which is GD.OUT3) will be assigned to number 3 (2+1), 4 (2+2), and 5 (2+3).

  • Click Next Block to open Window 2 of S.10.05, to define part-specific layouts for geometric values.

  • To define the layouts in the Layout Short and Layout Long fields, you can enter text strings and the attributes which are assigned to the object parameter. Use the LOV to add an attribute. Attributes are enclosed with #. For example, if you select the attribute NPS, #nps# is added to the layout definition.
