Click SRD > XS20 Spec > XS2020 Spec Editor.

Select Specification Types/Spec Header/ Short Codes/Spec Item from the list in the tree view.

Right-click the specification type, click Open Cover Page, and then go to the Components page

Click the browse button in the Notes cell for a filter line.

On the Filter Line Notes dialog box, click Edit grid
.

Click Add row
.

Fill in the row.

Click Save grid
.

Click Read-only grid
.

Click OK.
