Login SRD through OpenID - Intergraph Smart Reference Data - Help - Hexagon

You can login to SRD through Authentication Server login page using the OpenID Login in the SRD login screen. The user with admin privilege must setup the authentication details correctly in the Web.Config file, located in the SRD service location. If there is any error in the authentication details, then an relevant error message appears informing that the authentication details must be corrected.

You can login only if the given SRD username is already mapped to the authentication server login username in the Users screen (Administration > Users) of Smart Materials Web application. If the username is not mapped, then a relevant error message appears informing that the username has to be mapped.

1. Double-click the Smart Reference Data icon on the desktop to launch SRD. The system will check if you have the latest version of SRD. If you do not have the latest version, it will be downloaded.

2. Click OpenID Login. The authentication server login page appears.

3. Login to the authentication server with the valid username and password.

   The New Login screen for the mapped SRD User appears.

   

   

   • If you are using the OKTA authentication server, you will receive a notification to the registered phone number on your mobile. You must accept the notification to login.

   • If the username or password of the authentication server is incorrect, then a relevant error message appears informing to check if the username or password is incorrect.
