The basic work flow of the assembly workshop goes from searching and selecting a desired assembly, picking needed assembly items for the assembly, starting the assembly and then finally completing the assembly.

Start by selecting the workplace you want to monitor. This can be done in the main page.

Open a workplace

  1. Select the workplace to monitor on the Main Page.

  2. Point to a work group name.

  3. Click the workplace to open.

    The software opens the workplace, and displays the Active Works page.

Search an assembly

  1. Click New Works .

  2. Fill in criteria to filter the search, and then click Search.

    The assembly displays in the work queue.

  3. Select and open an assembly.

    The assembly parts display under the assembly.

Add parts to an assembly

Depending on the system configuration, some functions might not be available.

You can add missing parts to an assembly before the assembly is started. Missing parts display in a dark blue row. If the missing parts are available, they display under Available Items in the bottom-left corner.

Select a part row under Available Items and then click the right arrow button. The software moves the parts to the Selected Items list on the bottom right, and highlights the corresponding Article Number column in green.

Starting an assembly

Depending on the system configuration, some functions might not be available.

Once assembly parts are ready, select the assembly row and the workers, and then click . The software displays started assemblies on the Active Works page.

Completing an assembly

The software highlights the Article Number column green for assemblies that are ready for completion. Select the assembly and the workers, and then click . Completed assemblies display on the History page.
