Click an item to select it. Selected items display in a darker blue, as shown in the example below. Use CTRL+click or SHIFT+click to select multiple items. Click a selected item to clear the selection. You can also clear a selection by clicking another item. Click an empty area on the page to clear all selections.
Depending on the NWSRowOpening setting, the software opens items when you select them, or opens items when you click the plus sign next to the item. Open work queue rows expand to display additional information.
In the example below, NWSRowOpening is set to WhenSelected. The software opens the work row when you select it.
