It is possible to make models, or recipes of product structures which you can then use for quotations or sales orders from any of the structure levels. The recipes can either consist of one or more levels. A special type of single-leveled recipe is the set which gathers all the parts belonging to the set under the single-leveled assembly.

Click Product Structures to display a dialog box from which you can add positions.

On the lower side of the view are the Structures and Other tabs.

The contents of the Structures list can be limited to Main levels, All levels and Sets. The Other tab displays individual part line recipes are shown not included under any assembly.

Click the arrow buttons on the left side to move lines from the lower list to the upper list. You specify the amount of the items in each line of the upper list are added to the quotation. When the upper list contains the required lines, click Add New Lines to Order to add those items to the quotation. This function forms structure levels and part lines underneath those levels. If you are using sets, only the part lines which belong to the set are added.
