The Profile application supports versatility in prefabrication operations and employs the software's databases. Profile nests parts cut from profile materials such bars, beams, and tubes. The software calculates the optimal arrangement of parts to prevent as much material waste as as possible. Profile saves any remaining material length longer than the predefined cut length to the database. You can use these remnants in future production.
Profile accepts material orders from the Sales and Order Input applications, and from outside of the MRP system. The software nests the profile parts and optimizes the entire profile and remnants, and then transfers the orders to work places. Orders display as work queues in the Workshop application. You can maintain available bars, beams, and tubes with the program.
Profile creates reports that provide cutting directions to production.
