In Grid View, items on main list and sub list can be sorted to ascending or descending order. Arrow on the header of the column shows the direction of sorting. Up arrow is ascending order, down arrow is descending order.

Right click the header of the desired column.

Click Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.

To clear the sorting, click Clear Sorting.
