After the T-bars are mounted in place with tack welds, they are welded permanently to the panel. Time for T-bar welding is measured in UoM millimeter(s) per minute. The remaining stiffeners are also mounted, welded, and ground. This time is also measured in UoM millimeter(s) per minute.

The bracket working length is determined by the length plus the width of the bracket (minimum rectangle), which is then divided by two. Bracket working length is indicated by the red color shown in the graphic below. Work time calculation for brackets is measured in UoM millimeter(s) per minute. Collar plate welding follows the same rule as bracket welding. After brackets and collars have been welded, they need to be finished up. This includes grinding, pickup welding, and repair. The work time for these tasks is calculated as 10 percent of the time it took to do the prior tasks (T-bar welding, remaining stiffener mounting, welding, and grinding, bracket welding, and collar welding). T-bars are also welded vertically. The vertical welding time is calculated as the number of intersections multiplied by the profile heights times two. This is configurable in the System Settings. Vertical welding speed is calculated as UoM millimeter(s) per minute. Setup time is also included in the total vertical welding time. By default, the profile height is set to 125 millimeters, but it is configurable.
