After the girders are mounted on top of the panel, the Girder Welding (GWP) work phase can begin. First, the panel needs to be aligned UoM minute(s) per panel, and the portal positioned UoM minute(s) per run in panel. The number of girders in a row should be divided into set of ‘T-bars Run Quantity’ constant value to get the run count. The length of the run is determined by the length of the longest girder in the group.

The count of the intersection welding is determined as the count of the intersections between T-bars and stiffeners multiplied by value of ‘Welding per Intersection’. The Welding per Intersection value can be modified in System Settings. T-bars that do not intersect with stiffeners are welded independently.

The next work phase is welding the girders in place. Welding time is calculated in UoM millimeter(s) per minute. Corners can be welded manually UoM minute(s) per girder. After the corners are welded, they need to be ground. Grinding time is calculated in UoM minute(s) per girder. The last work phase is cleaning the workstation UoM minute(s) per run.
