In some lists, there is a change row above the list to enable add, change, and delete functions. Change functions are controlled with buttons on the right side of the list. The change row can have both text boxes and drop-down list boxes. Normally changes are made on the change row. If the row has grey text boxes the contents of them cannot be changed. The information of the active row is updated to the list in question and to the database with the change buttons. The functions of the buttons are as follows:
Insert
Adds a new row after the active row.
Change
Saves changes made to the row.
Delete
Removes the active row.
The commands that are available depend on the list as inserts, updates or deletions
might not be allowed on every list.
