Select the Create Dispatch List tab in the Dispatch main window.

Click Add to create a new dispatch.

Enter the general information for the dispatch as needed, and then click Save.

In the Available packages list, select each package to include in the dispatch.

The selected packages are included in the dispatch and display in the Packages in dispatch list.
The initial charter number assigned to a new dispatch is a negative number. The software assigns a proper charter number when the dispatch is printed. For more information, see Print a report.
