Copying Order Positions - Intergraph Smart Production - 20 - Help - Hexagon

You can copy order positions and then enter a new order number. This is useful when you have similar order positions.

To copy an order position:

1. Click the Orders tab.

2. Locate the order positions to copy.

   Use the CTRL and SHIFT keys to select multiple order positions.

3. Right-click the select set, and then click Copy Selected Rows as shown below.

   The software creates copies of the order positions, and appends _Copy to the order number. The copies open in a new window, where you can modify the properties.

   

   Click a property and type new values to make changes (for example, change the order number or quantity).

To change the property on multiple rows to the same value:

1. Select the rows.

2. Right-click the property to apply to the selected rows.

3. Click Unify Cells.
