The column header box in the Grid View enable you to create simple filter conditions. You can create multiple filter conditions by entering filter values into multiple column header boxes.
Filters you create display in the Filter Editor. Column headers with filter conditions display a filter button (
).
To create a filter condition with column header field:

Click a column header box.

Type the filter value in the text box, and then press ENTER.
The software filters the list items by the value you typed. In the example below, the items are filtered by a thickness of 10 millimeters. The filter button (
) indicates that the list has a filter condition.
