The Origin displays in the lower left corner of the work area (see 12 in Cutting Interface). The origin represents the (0,0) coordinate.

Moving the Parts work area origin

1. Click Origin on the Tools toolbar (see 4 in Cutting Interface).

   The State Manager (see 1 in Cutting Interface) displays properties for moving the origin.

2. Type new values for x and y. Alternatively, drag the origin to a new location in the work area.

Moving the Nesting work area origin

The Cutting application does not support moving the Nesting work area origin.

You can change the zero point of the cutting path. Right-click the zero point , and then redefine the point using the short-cut menu options.
