Change the Default Placement of Heat Tracing for the Plant - Intergraph Smart P&ID - 2019 (9.0) - Help - Hexagon

1. Select Tracing .

2. On the toolbar, select the default placement of heat tracing for both horizontal and vertical lines in the P&ID.

BottomLeft

Below horizontal lines and to the left of vertical lines.

BottomRight

Below horizontal lines and to the right of vertical lines.

TopLeft

Above horizontal lines and to the left of vertical lines.

TopRight

Above horizontal lines and to the right of vertical lines.

The default placement applies to all heat tracing media in the current plant, but only affects the display appearance in drawings for media that are designated as single heat trace media.
